ACS Egham wanted to transform a traditional study space into a flexible, collaborative environment to support both independent study and group work. The new layout needed to offer various working styles, including height-adjustable options, power-enabled focus booths, reconfigurable soft seating, and movable partitions to create adaptive zones.

Needs Assessment
We carried out an on-site measure to validate dimensions and ensure accuracy before selecting suitable furniture for the space.

Design Development
Using CAD plans and a mood board, we presented layout options with finishes and colors to define zones and enhance the space’s function and aesthetic.

Product Selection
We specified furniture to meet the brief: high tables for standing work, power-enabled booths for focus sessions, modular sofas for flexibility, and mobile screens for adaptable space division.
The result is a dynamic, multifunctional learning space that supports collaboration, focused study, and reconfiguration—encouraging modern learning styles and teamwork.

Installation & Completion
The new collaborative layout was installed in a single day, aligned with the plan and ready for immediate use.

Logistics & Preparation
We coordinated deliveries and removed existing furniture, redistributing usable items elsewhere in the school.
