A high-end car storage business required a full warehouse car storage fit out. The project included a wide scope of fit-out works, including signage, warehouse curtains, kitchen fit out, a window installation, and bespoke office furnishings. As well as this they required durable flooring capable of handling vehicle movement and heavy equipment, while also complementing the premium identity of the space.

Key Requirements

Consultation & Specification

We began with a detailed site consultation to understand client priorities across functional and aesthetic elements. The flooring solution (Flexi-Tile 7mm Dark Grey Textured Tiles) was specified for its durability in a demanding industrial environment.

Precision Planning & Preparation

The warehouse featured varying floor levels, integrated vehicle lifts, and numerous architectural features. Our team conducted precise measurements and planned the full interior works, including stair modifications, door adjustments and wall preparations.

Product Supply & Installation

We carried out extensive installation work, including flooring, custom-built cupboards, and fitted curtains on extended tracks. Signage and graphics were supplied and installed, including multiple lightboxes and ceiling features.

The completed project delivered a state of art car storage facility for luxury and classic automobiles in a discreet, secure and climate controlled facility in Central London.

Furnishing & Delivery

The final phase involved delivery and setup of premium office furniture, including executive desks, upholstered seating, sofas, and ergonomic chairs. All carried out during normal working hours and delivered on schedule.

Final Detailing

We implemented numerous finishing details such as aluminium stair nosing, wall repairs, plasterboard framing and painting, and steel beam boxing. Sign modifications were completed to allow for graphic installation.

What we did

  • Measured and fitted flooring (Flexi-Tile 7mm Dark Grey Textured Tiles) around vehicle lifts and floor levels without adhesives.
  • Installed aluminium tread and nosing to staircase.
  • Supplied and installed four custom-made curtains on dual 15-metre tracks.
  • Supplied and installed matching ramps for seamless transitions
  • Carried out wall repairs, door alterations, and plasterboard reinforcement.

  • Installed premium office furniture including desks, sofas, chairs, and cable trays.

  • Built and painted bespoke MDF cupboards and boxing around structural features.
  • Supplied and installed five lightboxes (wall-mounted, beam-mounted, and ceiling) with graphics.
