Planning & Preparation
Site visits and measurements were carried out in advance to ensure precision and efficient weekend scheduling. The area was cleared and existing carpet tiles prepared for removal, with waste disposal arranged for minimal disruption.

Removal of Existing Finishes
All existing carpet tiles and stair nosings were carefully uplifted and removed from site for responsible disposal, leaving a clean base ready for new installations.

Carpet Tile Installation
Interface Connected Ethos carpet tiles, colour Identity, were supplied and installed throughout the first-floor circulation area. This provided a sleek and coordinated finish that matched the Boardroom design.
This completed refurbishment delivered a stylish upgrade to the main staircase and first-floor common area, creating a crisp, professional look in line with the Boardroom design. Completion & Handover
The works were completed over a single weekend, allowing the office to remain fully operational during the week. The result was a high-quality, modern upgrade that balanced functionality, style, and minimal disruption.

Stair Nosing Installation
New Gradus GXT11 Aluminium nosings with Aluminium castellated inlays were drilled and fixed to each stair tread. This enhanced both the safety and visual appeal of the staircase, delivering excellent Light Reflective Values (LRV) for compliance and design consistency.
