The client wanted to convert a ground-floor storeroom into a sleek, high-performance gym and treatment space, which reflected their brand. The vision included a custom-built gym floor, running track, and massage room, creating a multipurpose environment for both personal training and recovery.

Space Planning & Concept Design
We developed a zoned layout separating gym, treatment, and office areas – blending open-plan training space with private therapy zones using clean partitions and visual continuity throughout.

Bespoke Build & Joinery
A custom reception wall with gloss grey cladding and integrated breakfast bar formed a striking first impression. We also fabricated a matching fridge housing and storage unit all designed around the brand’s aesthetic.

Excavation & Flooring Works
To enhance ceiling height and create a distinct training area, we excavated the existing slab and installed a recessed “gym pit.” This was screeded and finished with Blade Runner 10mm rubber flooring and a branded artificial turf sprint track.
In just a matter of weeks, we delivered a sharp, brand-aligned studio that combines functionality with bold, minimal design – creating a truly private, high-spec space for both rehab and performance training.

Turnkey Fit-Out & Final Styling
Final touches included mirrors, signage, and PS-branded finishes. New treatment and office furniture, accessories, and soft elements were installed to complete a high-performance but welcoming space.

Lighting, Power & Detailing
We reconfigured electrical supply throughout, added sleek wall sockets, and installed statement LED ceiling lights in a geometric layout. Black key-clamp handrails, blackout blinds, and frosted glass added privacy and polish.
