Project Brief
Client: Fresh Workspace
Location: Oxfordshire
Sector: Commercial Office
Our client required a new flooring installation for the second floor east wing of a large office building – covering approximately 490m². The project involved a mix of client-supplied and contractor-supplied flooring materials, with a focus on creating a functional, high-performance office environment including a refreshed tea point space.

5 Key Steps in the Design Process
01
Project Planning & Coordination
We coordinated closely with the client to confirm all materials, site logistics, and timeline in line with the original request dated. All RAMS were prepared and approved ahead of installation.
02
Materials & Delivery
Milliken Rootworks LVT in Aspen was supplied and delivered directly to site for the tea point area, ensuring precise quantities and specifications including a 0.55mm wear layer and 5mm overall thickness.
03
Raised Access Floor Preparation
The installation was carried out over a raised access floor, following all manufacturer-recommended adhesives and methods to ensure durability and warranty compliance.
In a well-planned, professionally delivered project, we revitalised 490m² of workspace with premium carpet tile and LVT solutions – enhancing functionality, visual appeal, and comfort throughout.
05
On-Time, In-Hours Delivery
The works were delivered during normal working hours, with minimal disruption to the wider building operations and in full compliance with safety and site access protocols.
04
Precision Installation
The flooring was installed to plan, with Burmatex Arctic Grey Norse and Arctic Cool Storm carpet tiles fitted across the main office area. Milliken Rootworks LVT was expertly laid in the tea point zone.
