Conexus Group commissioned a flooring refresh for their newly fitted-out Redhill office, with a focus on premium finishes and a smooth, seamless transition across working zones. Works were completed to a tight schedule, ensuring all areas were fully prepared for immediate occupation and final furnishing.
5 Key Steps in the Design Process

Subfloor Preparation
We began by skim screeding across approximately 10% of the total floor space, including around infilled floor boxes and lids. This allowed us to correct uneven areas and create a consistently level base for the new floor finishes.

Meet & Greet Screeding
The Meet & Greet area received an additional layer of screed across the entire subfloor, ensuring a smooth, hardwearing foundation suitable for high footfall and in line with client expectations for a standout arrival space.

Premium Carpet Tile Installation
The installation was carried out over a raised access floor, following all manufacturer-recommended adhesives and methods to ensure durability and warranty compliance.

Clean, Consistent Finish
All floor finishes were expertly trimmed and transitioned for a clean edge and seamless look throughout. The mix of LVT and high-spec carpet tiles not only elevated the design but also provided acoustic comfort and a professional, welcoming feel.

Feature LVT Plank Zone
To demarcate the Meet & Greet zone, we installed Milliken Change Agent LVT planks in a 250 x 1500 format. The subtle timber-look finish creates a sleek contrast with the surrounding carpeted areas.
