ACS Cobham wanted to transform a traditional study space into a flexible, collaborative environment to support both independent study and group work. The new layout needed to offer various working styles, including height-adjustable options, power-enabled focus booths, reconfigurable soft seating, and movable partitions to create adaptive zones.

Key Requirements

Detailed Planning & Layout Coordination

We worked from an approved plan to specify meeting room furniture layouts and coordinate access and installation across both spaces – ensuring everything fit seamlessly into the existing environment.

Tailored Furniture Installation

Installed a high bench and seating as part of the Meeting Room Furniture, and a fully fitted desk setup for the HR Office. The furniture featured white MFC with ply edges and Camira Blazer upholstery in coordinated colourways.

Integrated Power & Cable Management

Supplied and fitted desktop power modules, cable trays, and modesty panels across both rooms to deliver clean, accessible connectivity for users.

The completed project delivered two smart, functional spaces that reflect ACS International School’s high standards – providing comfort, connectivity, and a refined finish for both collaborative and individual use.

On-Time Delivery & Clean Handover

All works were completed during normal working hours with no disruption to school operations. The finished spaces were cleaned, checked, and ready for immediate use.

Electrical Works & Testing

Reconfigured existing power and data, installed new trunking, and added desk-level power to support the new furniture layouts. Final testing and certification were completed before handover.

What we did

  • Supplied and installed Harmony bench and Bill stools in the Meeting Room

  • Installed round meeting table and meeting chairs in the HR Office

  • Supplied and installed MFC storage cupboards with shelving and roll-out filing

  • Furnished the HR Office with a single desk, mobile pedestal, modesty panel, acoustic screen, cable tray, and ergonomic mesh-back chair

  • Integrated all power: desktop modules, cable management, and fixings

  • Carried out electrical works including:

    • Power/data re-routing and re-termination
    • Trunking installation and MK lid replacement
    • Additional meeting room desk-level power
    • Final testing, certification, and sign-off
