Project Brief
Location: Twickenham
Sector: Commercial Office
Duration: 1 Week
The client sought to create a relaxed breakout area where staff could hold informal meetings, step away from their desks, and recharge. This space also needed to be visually distinct from the rest of the office while remaining functional and inviting.

Key Requirements
01
Concept Design & Visualisation
We produced detailed CAD plans and curated mood boards to explore design possibilities and align with the client’s goals for function and style.
02
Tailored Furniture Specification
A versatile mix of soft seating from the Screen D collection allowed for layers within the space—some with privacy hoods for quiet moments, others open for casual chats.
03
Material Coordination
The use of concrete-effect MFC tables created a modern contrast to the soft fabric tones, resulting in a balanced and contemporary aesthetic.
The completed breakout area is now a well-defined, comfortable space that encourages informal collaboration and much-needed relaxation. With smart furniture choices and clever spatial division, the area enhances workplace wellbeing while blending effortlessly with the surrounding office.
05
Seamless Delivery & Setup
Our white-glove installation team handled everything from placement to clean-up, ensuring a smooth process and a finished space that was ready for immediate use.
04
Smart Zoning with Storage
Instead of building walls, we installed Sven HiBox Storage units to subtly divide the space. These also serve as practical elements for additional storage or plant décor.
