The client approached us to refurbish all toilet blocks within their large office complex, which had grown tired and outdated over the years. Their goal was to achieve a fresh, modern design that improved both aesthetics and functionality, incorporating contemporary fixtures such as sensor-activated taps and flushes.

Understanding Needs
We began by discussing staff and visitor requirements, identifying key improvements in functionality, hygiene, and design appeal. This informed the concept direction and product selection throughout.

Concept & Visualisation
Multiple design concepts were presented to the client, after which we developed high-quality 3D renders to bring the proposed designs to life. This collaborative approach allowed for informed feedback and fine-tuning of the final scheme.

Implementation Strategy
To minimise disruption, we installed two large temporary WC units at the rear of the building. Weekend strip-outs were scheduled to ensure the client’s operations remained uninterrupted during the refurbishment.
By combining modern design with practical functionality and a smooth delivery process, we revitalised the WC facilities to better reflect the client’s standards and enhance the everyday experience for building users.

Detailing & Delivery
From custom mirror splashbacks to porthole interior doors, every element was thoughtfully detailed to align with the modern aesthetic. Finishing touches such as LED strip lighting, PVC cladding, and updated signage completed the transformation.

Material & Fixture Upgrade
We specified durable, hygienic finishes and smart fixtures such as sensor taps and flush systems. All new sanitaryware and finishes were selected to create a unified look across all refurbished spaces, while meeting contemporary standards.
