Climax Studios required a comprehensive full fit-out for their new office, including office refurbishments, a specialist audio room, decorative finishes, lighting, furniture, and bespoke joinery.

The project delivered a unique, colourful, and collaborative workspace that reflected the studio’s gaming identity and fostered creativity, teamwork, and high-performance work.

Planning & Coordination

A detailed schedule of works was developed, with careful planning and ongoing project management. Regular communication with the client and trades ensured the project ran smoothly, on time, and aligned with the creative vision.

Office Refurbishments & Builds

Office glass fronts were upgraded from single to double glazing to improve aesthetics and acoustics. A full height hospital door set was installed next to the COMMS room, and acoustic ceiling tiles installed. The audio room was integrated with acoustic panels and ceiling mounts for Dolby Atmos speakers.

Decorative Finishes & Feature Walls

Walls throughout the office were painted in bold, brand specific colours. Slatwall panels were installed in various areas, with brick slips were applied in kitchen areas. These features created visually engaging and inspiring spaces that encourage collaboration.

The creative vision that was required was achieved by careful planning and meticulous execution and the detail needed to coordinate the various trades needed on the site to achieve the desired expectations.

Furniture & Final Fit-Out

Reception, offices, and collaborative zones were furnished with bespoke pieces including reception counters with LED kickplates, plump sofas, and modular seating. Installation was coordinated with finishes, lighting, and acoustic elements to ensure a cohesive and functional workspace.

Lighting & Electrical Integration

Custom LED lighting, including RGB strips and Shush Light Rafts was installed across reception, wings, glass partitions, and meeting rooms. Lighting highlighted architectural and design features while enhancing the creative, collaborative atmosphere.
