The client engaged us to transform the first-floor office space of a brand-new warehouse unit into a fully functional working office and product showroom. The space needed to include a trade counter, kitchen, and tailored layout that showcased Floor IT’s brand while supporting day-to-day operations.

5 Key Steps in the Design Process

Detailed Survey & CAD Planning

We conducted a comprehensive site survey and developed full CAD drawings and elevations to plan the space efficiently and accurately.ucial in creating a cohesive brand experience throughout the space.

Custom Joinery Design

Working drawings were produced to create bespoke joinery that reflected Floor IT’s brand identity, forming a standout trade counter and cladding.

Mechanical & Electrical Upgrades

Air conditioning, fresh air, lighting, and fire safety systems were modified to suit the new layout, ensuring full compliance and comfort.

The result is a transformed first-floor office and showroom tailored to Floor IT’s brand and business needs—combining practicality, smart layout, and a strong visual presence that supports both client-facing and operational functions.

Power, Data & Security Integration

Installed all electrical infrastructure required to support desks, CCTV, alarms, TVs, the kitchen, and the trade counter—enabling full operational readiness.

Construction & Fit-Out Delivery

Partitioning was constructed to optimise space; a new kitchen was built; furniture was installed; and all finishes were applied to deliver a polished, functional space.
