The client required new floor coverings for multiple areas including walkways, the main office, and the directors’ zone. The design brief called for a light, modern colour palette, high durability to handle heavy foot traffic, and distinct zoning for the executive area.

Product Specification
We proposed Milliken Northward Bound for the main office space, Artistic Liberties for the directors’ area, and Freelay LVT for the breakout zones and corridors—each selected for aesthetics, durability, and practical use.

Floor Prep
Subfloor preparation was carried out in all LVT zones, using latex screed to ensure a smooth, even surface for installation.

Adhesive Application
We applied tackifier release adhesive to allow for secure yet flexible installation of carpet tiles and LVT, allowing for future maintenance or changes.
In just seven working days, we delivered a high-quality, future-proof flooring solution that meets the demands of a busy engineering office while achieving a fresh, modern look across all key spaces.

Existing floor coverings were removed and responsibly recycled, supporting the client’s sustainability objectives.
