LMG engaged us to transform a newly acquired CAT A office into a dynamic, brand-aligned CAT B workspace. The brief included three enclosed meeting rooms, two informal booths, a client-ready kitchen, and an open-plan area for 36 staff. The challenge? All works had to be completed outside regular hours – entirely over weekends – ensuring zero disruption to daily operations.

5 Key Steps in the Design Process

Strategic Weekend-Only Scheduling

We developed a carefully phased programme, executing all works exclusively over weekends -maintaining weekday business continuity.

Brand-Consistent Design

Design elements such as vibrant carpet tile accents, bespoke glass partitions, and colour-matched blinds reinforced LMG’s visual identity throughout the space.

Integrated Workspaces & Technology

Installed the PURE bench system for flexibility and function, and connected IT, AV, blinds, and lighting through a unified Lutron control system.

Delivered entirely outside of working hours, the result is a fully transformed office that aligns with LMG’s operational, collaborative, and cultural goals. Each Monday, staff returned to an upgraded, clean, and disruption-free workspace – earning positive feedback from all levels of the organisation.

Seamless Execution & Client Comms

With a clear reporting structure and rapid desk install cycles (91 desks installed in 1.5 days), our dedicated team ensured speed, quality, and transparency across all phases.

Acoustic Room Construction

Created acoustically insulated spaces including a training room, printer area, and CEO office – ensuring privacy while supporting an open-plan feel.

What we did

  • Mechanical & electrical modifications including air conditioning, fresh air adjustments, and data/power installations

  • Construction of 3 meeting rooms, 2 informal booths, comms room, and sound-insulated partitions

  • Full kitchen fit-out with LVT flooring, appliances, and a breakfast bar

  • Integrated Lutron-controlled lighting, blinds, AV, and booking systems

  • Supplied and installed:

    • 131 PURE bench workstations across estate
    • 36 desks, chairs, and task lights for Hatton Garden
    • Meeting, breakout, and soft seating furniture
    • Decorative items and biophilia for atmosphere
  • Flooring: carpet tiles across open plan; LVT in kitchen/entrance; accent tiles for branding

  • Logistics & operational support:

    • Staff crate system and desk clearance
    • Full IT disconnection/reconnection
    • Furniture removal and phased desk install
    • End-of-phase cleaning
    • Weekly progress updates and client reporting
