Creed-Miles were appointed by Volante to deliver a full turnkey CAT B fit-out of their new office and warehouse space. The project included designing a layout tailored to the client’s needs, managing the relocation from their previous site, and delivering a fully functional workspace — all within a 9-week timeframe.

Understanding the Brief
We worked closely with the client to define their operational requirements across both office and warehouse spaces. This included optimising the layout, improving staff facilities, and integrating key technical systems.

Design & Space Planning
Our in-house team developed a full layout and CAD package. The office fit-out featured 100mm acoustic partitions, seamless full-height glazing, and laminated doors — combining privacy, sound control, and a clean, modern aesthetic.

Workplace & Finishes
We installed electric height-adjustable desks, boardroom tables, and extensive wall storage. The flooring included carpet tiles, LVT planks, and safety vinyl in kitchen and shower areas — delivering durability, comfort, and style throughout.
In just 9 weeks, we delivered a fully functional and future-proofed office and warehouse. The move was completed over a single weekend with zero disruption to operations — providing Volante with a high-performance workspace tailored to their growth.

Facilities & Infrastructure
Two kitchens and canteens were installed for staff. The existing toilets were converted into modern shower units. We also upgraded lighting, modified the fire alarm for high-level beam detection in the warehouse, relocated radiators, and fitted a new office-wide air conditioning system with individual room controls.

Technology Integration
We carried out a full M&E installation: new power and data cabling, a comms/server room with fibre, WiFi nodes, CCTV, and an intruder alarm. A new busbar and floor boxes were added to accommodate the raised flooring layout.
