Voluxis required a complete furniture installation for their Farnborough office, with a professional and modern workspace to support their growing aviation business. The project included height-adjustable desking, ergonomic seating, integrated storage, and stylish meeting furniture. The result is a light, sophisticated environment that reflects their brand identity and encourages collaborative work.

Key Requirements

Planning and Access

Furniture selections, finishes, and layout plans were carefully finalised through presentations and design discussions.  Installation requirements were then coordinated to ensure a seamless process.

Workstation Installation

We supplied and installed “Nuvola” height-adjustable back-to-back desks with cable trays, dividing screens, and integrated storage pedestals, all in line with the agreed plan.

Private Office Fit Out

Four executive offices were equipped with sit/stand desks, return cupboards, and modesty panels, combining functionality with a sleek, coordinated finish.

The project was successfully completed within the agreed timeframe, and delivered a comfortable, well-lit, open office environment with a contemporary layout. The space included sophisticated executive offices as well as efficient and thoughtfully designed meeting areas.

Delivery and Completion

All items were delivered and installed during normal working hours, with every step of the project communicated to the client. The project was completed successfully, bringing the workspace vision to life.

Meeting and Collaboration Spaces

Dedicated spaces were furnished with circular meeting tables in Black and Chestnut finishes, alongside “Pablo” upholstered chairs to provide comfortable, stylish seating.

  • Supplied and installed “Nuvola” height-adjustable back-to-back workstations

  • Added dividing screens in Cura Tessuto fabric

  • Fitted integrated cable trays and risers for organised cable management

  • Installed mobile pedestals and lockable cupboards in matching Tortora finishes

  • Furnished four executive offices with sit/stand desks and return storage units

  • Provided twelve ergonomic “Kickster” task chairs

  • Installed “Pablo” upholstered armchairs in both Spice and Grey finishes for offices and meeting rooms

  • Supplied circular meeting tables in Black and Chestnut finishes

  • Delivered and handed over the workspace ready for immediate use
