BRIEF
The reception area redesign was aimed at transforming a shared space into a single used unique space with a reflection of the client’s brand identity. By prioritising functionality and branding cohesion, we ensured the design not only looks modern and inviting but also serves the specific needs of the client.
Key Steps in the Design Process
- Brand Identity Exploration: We began by deeply understanding the client’s values, aesthetics, and brand message. This foundation was crucial in creating a cohesive brand experience throughout the space.
- Space Assessment: Evaluating the current layout allowed us to identify elements to retain, modify, or replace. This assessment was essential in enhancing functionality while respecting existing structures and features.
- Tailored Design Elements:
- Bespoke Reception Counter: Designed to embody the brand’s essence while being functional for staff and visitors.
- Brand Signage: Clear and visually aligned with the brand’s identity, ensuring visitors immediately recognize the space.
- Artwork and Colour Schemes: Carefully selected to resonate with the brand, enhancing the overall atmosphere.
- Technology Integration: We incorporated technology solutions that streamline operations, improve accessibility, and enhance the visitor experience. This included efficient traffic flow design and user-friendly systems.
- Sustainability Focus: Selecting eco-friendly materials was a priority, ensuring alignment with the client’s environmental values and contributing to a sustainable workspace.
By combining these elements, we created a reception area that not only meets functional needs but also serves as a powerful representation of the client’s global brand.
