BRIEF
The client wanted to refurbish their offices, redecorating the entire 2nd floor, replacing 131 workstations and adding new blinds and partitioning. The work had to be carried out with no disruption to the everyday working of the company.
THE SOLUTION
Creed-Miles replaced the workstations using the PURE bench system with wire management and associated electrical and data works. A new training room, printer room and CEO open office was created with partitioning and sound insulation for the itchen walls. New blinds were nstalled. All the new installations were colour coordinated to compliment the company logo. New carpet was not budgeted for so we suggested replacing a few plain tiles with bright new tiles.
The work was carried out only at weekends over a six week period. We provided crates and labels for the storage of each workstation and advised on how to clear desks in preparation for the changeover as well as providing IT assistance to reinstate all computers. We removed existing furniture before installing 91 new desks in a day and a half with our dedicated team. The site was left clean and tidy after each weekend. The whole project was completed within the scheduled time and budget.
