BRIEF
Creed-Miles were tasked by our client, Volante, with carrying out a full turnkey CATB fit-out of their new office space and warehouse area. We had 9 weeks in which to finish the job which included relocating their old premises over to their brand-new Warehouse in Chessington and coming up with a suitable floorplan and design to suit the client’s needs.
THE SOLUTION
The relocation of the old office to the new building was undertaken
over a single weekend.
Warehouse Racking – After the client had signed off the working
drawings, Creed-Miles were
employed to project manage the installation carried out by ‘Locators’
THE SOLUTION
100mm solid partitioning with an acoustic infill, laminated full height doors and full height seamless glass was put in place in the main offices in accordance with our CAD drawings. All designed in house. They were then painted accordingly.
Electric height adjustable desking system and boardroom tables installed throughout the new offices along with wall storage.
Carpet tiles were laid along with LVT planks running through. Safety vinyl was installed into the shower areas and kitchenettes.
THE SOLUTION
All new power and data fitted throughout the building, including a new comms rack/ server room with a full height server cabinet. Wifi nodes were fitted throughout the building and fibre was brought into the comms room.
Fire alarm alterations – Alarm system altered for new racking to allow for high level beam detection
CCTV system installed into the building throughout office and warehouse area
Intruder alarm fitted on the client’s premises
Lighting alterations were made by our own electricians to the warehouse and offices.
Due to no electrics being under the raised floor we installed a new buzz bar and floor boxes
THE SOLUTION
Two new kitchens were installed, along with two new canteen areas fitted out for staff use
Old toilets were converted into two shower units for cyclists and other employees use
Signage works done throughout the building
Radiators relocated or removed as required
A new air conditioning system installed to the entire office area, with individual room control
