Office Refurbishment Case Study
Light and contemporary office space

Office

Crawley

4 Weeks

BRIEF

The client had outgrown their existing regional office and required a new light and contemporary office space.

They required an open plan space with the inclusion of a large meeting room, a One on One meeting room, a One on One collaboration space and a Kitchen/breakout space with a café style feel.

THE SOLUTION

Having previously carried out the refurbishment of the original office and worked with the client over many years this was one of the easier projects to carryout.

After a site meeting and several discussions to ascertain the full requirements, size of required meeting rooms, what furniture could be relocated and what new items were required, complete architectural CAD plans were produced for all aspects of the required works.

As always there were minor tweaks to designs along the way but we got there.

WHAT WE DID

  • Design consultation meetings with the client
  • Design and supply of detailed CAD construction drawings for all works
  • Strip out of existing internal partitions, electrical and data items, & kitchen
  • Installation of new electrical & data and lighting
  • Installation of new meeting rooms and kitchen
  • Management of new installation of Air Conditioning and Fire alarm
  • Internal decoration
  • New carpet tiles and loose lay LVT
  • New furniture
  • Installation of new I.T equipment and COMMS Cabinet
  • New window blinds
  • Installation of office accessories and wall items
  • Installation of required H&S notices and signage

Having previously carried out the refurbishment of the original office and worked with the client over many years this was one of the easier projects to carryout.
