BRIEF
The client approached Creed-Miles to refurbish all the WC’s at their large office complex, as they had not been done for a number of years and were looking tired as well as dated.
They wanted us to give the spaces a fresh modern feel whilst being more functional, with the addition of products such as sensor taps and flushes.
THE SOLUTION
We took several design concepts to the client and once they had narrowed it down to a couple, we created a number of 3D renders for them to help visualise what the finished project would look like.
After a couple of tweaks, we had an approved design to use throughout the complex. We firstly had two large temporary WC units installed at the rear of the building that staff could use whilst their facilities were out of action.
We stripped out the existing sanitaryware and tiles over weekends to create minimal disruption to staff. We then set about installing the new bathrooms to the approved design.
